Officials from central and regional ministries and/or other authorities dealing with implementation of climate change policies as well as managers from public or private enterprises, who may be involved in the formulation and implementation of climate change issues.

Content
Since 2007, climate change has featured as a prominent element on the political agenda of the EU and its Member States. In the aftermath of the economic and financial crisis, promises for green investments were included in national recovery plans. The aim of this seminar is to present several financial mechanisms (e.g. state aid, green public procurement, structural funds, etc.) which can be used to efficiently put green investment policies into practice.

Method
The seminar will use a mixture of training methods. The lectures are given by EIPA experts, Commission officials and Member State representatives. The speakers will have different backgrounds so as to provide a variety of views and perspectives.
