What is this course about?
This highly practical two full day course gives countries, regions, provinces and municipalities a complete overview of all existing financial and legal instruments accessible not only under European Territorial Cooperation Goal in the programming period 2014-2020, but also under IPA II and ENI. You will benefit from lessons learnt from the implementation of ETC programmes in previous perspectives. Enhance your knowledge through best practices of joint–projects, get to know differences between perspectives of the European Commission and the Joint Secretariat regarding the implementation of ETC Programmes and the auditing of the ETC programmes.

How will it help you?
By the end of the seminar you will have gained a thorough knowledge on all financial and legal instruments for territorial cooperation, rules which apply to the implementation and audit of joint programmes and projects, how to use the best practices and how to avoid mistakes. In a practical workshop you will learn how to be successful during negotiation in the consortium built for joint project.
